2nd Annual Success!

Saturday the 25th of January was an  AMAZING day!  Over the weekend and in two cities, people gathered from all over DFW and beyond to help cleanup Fish Creek.  About 800 people removed approximately 8 1/2 TONS of trash!

An Operation Legacy event with the Travis Manion Foundation and a Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service project for The Mission Continues.  Others returning from the 1st Annual were the Webb Masonic Lodge, MADRadio, Arlington Rotary & more.  It's estimated about 85% of the participants from last years event returned for the 2nd cleanup challenge.

The 3rd Annual Fish Creek Cleanup Challenge is

Saturday January the 30th, 2021.  Hope to see you there!

A Work Day for Some

The Fish Creek Cleanup Challenges have been successful in part due to support from Arlington Parks and Rec.  Some of the same people who worked last years event also worked this years event.  What a blessing to live where the City of Arlington Parks and Rec along with other departments like Communications, Storm Drains Mgmt, Water Utilities, Council members and more come together and come out on a Saturday to participate.   Plus this year we added Grand Prairie Parks, Arts and Rec to that list.
